Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Eligibility Requirements

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
• Item must not be a final-sale or clearance product

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been assembled, installed, or modified
• Items missing original packaging or accessories
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Gift cards

Return Process

1. Email info@davisbargains.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We will send you a return authorization and return shipping address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged on arrival or we sent the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-7 days for the refund to appear.

Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

Incorrect Item

If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong one.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After 12 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.
